Every Holy Mist order ships free.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You get a confirmation email right away and a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days depending on your location. Delivery times can be longer during holidays.

Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email support@holymist.shop with your order number and we will make it right. Orders with Shipping Protection are replaced or refunded at no cost.
